Our staff does a great job of making our sports both challenging and rewarding for children of all levels. We provide a supportive and loving environment, allowing kids to try new things in a safe space. The result is that every child, whether brand new to, or experienced in a sport, will enjoy their experience.

Not necessarily. Age is a consideration, but more important factors are the child’s size and ability level.

ALL CAMPERS should wear comfortable clothing and sneakers (no flip flops etc.), bring a refillable water bottle, an insulated lunch, sunscreen, and plenty of positive energy!  Cleats CANNOT be worn in the gym.  Wear your sneakers and bring your cleats!  

REMEMBER TO LABEL ALL CAMPER BELONGINGS!  

What to bring for chosen sport:

• Basketball- no additional gear

• Flag Football- Cleats (optional)

• Lacrosse- Mouthguard and Goggles (necessary), Cleats (optional), Lacrosse Stick (lacrosse sticks will be available)

• Quickball- Cleats (optional)

• Soccer- Shin guards, cleats (optional), soccer ball (encouraged but optional, please label)

• Tennis - tennis racquet (racquets will be available)

We do not offer or sell lunch, however pizza is provided on Fridays (we suggest still providing fruit or a snack).

No. We recommend campers bring lunches in small coolers or insulated lunch bags.

Yes, with approval. Family and friends are welcome to visit LifeSeeds, but MUST call or email to be pre-approved. We also offer Family Days where you’ll be invited to attend and join in the fun. Dates will be emailed.

Yes, we now offer credit card payments.

Please note there is a 3.2% processing fee for credit card payments. If there is a dispute of any charges, contact us directly at 445-233-1069 or lifeseedscampadmin@gmail.com.

Log into your UltraCamp account to make any changes. If updating your authorized pick-ups after 6 pm the day before camp, please send an e-mail to lifseedscampadmin@gmail.com or fill out an authorized pick-up form and give to us at drop-off.

Please note:
Only individuals listed on your camper's authorized pickup/drop-off list may sign your camper in or out each day.

• Campers cannot be listed as their own authorized pickup or drop-off person. This applies to campers of all ages, including CIT's.

• Every camper, regardless of age, must be signed in and out by an adult or a camp counselor who is listed as an authorized person on file.

• In extreme or extenuating circumstances, parents may request written permission for an exception. These requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

No. You can modify your camper’s sport in your UltraCamp account until the Wednesday before each registered week. Late requests may be emailed but might not be possible. 

If you have an exceptional or unique circumstance that warrants a sport change after the first day of camp, please notify us via email no later than 6 pm on Monday.

• We can assist in switching any week of camp pending the following:

  • If the switch is requested prior to one week before the start of the session, all payments, including the deposit, will be transferred to the new week. A $15 processing fee will apply.

  • If the request is made within the week leading up to the session, you will be required to cancel your existing registration and re-register for the new week. In this circumstance, you will forfeit your deposit.

• Current rates will apply.

You may cancel your registration in your camp account if done a week prior to the week before the start of the session. Otherwise, please notify lifeseedscampadmin@gmail.com‍ or call (445) 233-1069 and we will process your cancellation.

If a refund applies, it will be mailed or refunded to your credit card or bank account within 14 business days.

• Cancellations made prior to one week before the start of each registered session – Cancel directly from your account. Full refund less $50 non-refundable deposit per week registered.

• Cancellations made within the week leading up to each registered session – Please notify us. 50% refund (less $50 non-refundable deposit per week registered). 

• NO REFUNDS for cancellations made on or after the Monday of each week of camp.  Please notify us.
